Tiger Highlight: NHS Leads the Way in Recycling! 🐯🌟
Celebrating our Recycling Champions! Our NHS Tigers had a wild time at the zoo as a well-deserved reward for their dedication all year long! Every Tuesday during Tiger Time, National Honor Society (NHS) members roll up their sleeves for recycling duty. Sorting paper, plastic, cardboard, and aluminum cans, they've made a huge impact! With nearly 100 pounds of aluminum recycled and a weekly bin full of plastic picked up by the city, our Tigers are leading the charge for sustainability! 🌍♻️ #stjschools #tigerpride

The Kindergarten Easter Egg Hunt is a beloved tradition in our district! This year, with the incredible generosity of our community, over 2,000 eggs were donated for the hunt. Students at Lucy Wortham James Elementary just wrapped up an exciting new adventure called the IditaREAD! Did you know Mrs. Gray once called Alaska home for eight incredible years? Her love for the Last Frontier and the legendary Iditarod sparked the creation of our inaugural year for IditaREAD!
Through this initiative, students engaged in the wonders of the Iditarod trail firsthand. From interactive pop-up museums to tracing the racers' path on a giant map, our library became a gateway to a new world.
