The National Honor Society (NHS) at St. James High School kicked off its annual recycling initiative today! Each week, NHS members collect recyclables from every classroom and building area, sort them, and ensure they are properly recycled. This effort not only helps keep our school clean but also empowers our students to be responsible stewards of the world. Together, we’re making a difference, one recycled item at a time!

Through a creative lesson, each student received an "injury" and a bandaid—but only one bandaid was placed correctly. This activity highlighted that the same support doesn't work for everyone, emphasizing that each student benefits from support that fits their individual needs.
