This week, Tigers visited LWJE's library and had a blast reading Neck & Neck by Elise Parsley. In this story, Leopold the giraffe is adored by children for his tall neck, but one day he finds himself competing with a new rival – a giraffe balloon! Afterward, students played their own balloon game and checked out books.

Summer Spotlight: Middle School Science Fun! ☀️📚
In our middle school summer program, students are not just learning—they're having a fantastic time! Mrs. Mulhall's science class explored the fascinating world of kinetic and potential energy. Students learned that objects with more mass and speed have greater kinetic energy, while those with less have less. They also investigated how the height of an object influences its potential energy.

Mission Monday Update: Kindergarten Service Learning Project! 🐯🥫❤️
Our kindergarten team wrapped up their service learning project at the end of the school year with a final visit to Trinity Episcopal Church's Blessing Box. Throughout the spring, students brought in non-perishable items and visited the blessing box, learning about its purpose and impact in our community.
