Join us in congratulating the February Leading the Tiger Way Award Winners at the Elementary! Beth Keyes and Angie Licklider
Dear St. James Staff, Parents, and Students:
St. James School District prides itself on academic excellence and allowing our students as many opportunities as possible to excel and achieve their best. As many know, the St. James Lady Tigers have reached the State Tournament for the 2021-2022 basketball season. The State Tournament will be held this Friday, March 18, 2022.
A focus of St. James Schools this year has been to unite as one team, one mission, one family. Many of our staff families serve as parents to our student-athletes, and all serve as fans of our students. Therefore, St. James Schools have decided to hold an early release this Friday, March 18, 2022, at 11:00 AM at the High School and Elementary and at 11:20 at the Middle School to allow our students and staff an opportunity to participate in this special time for our community.
This Friday, like every day, will be a great day to be a TIGER!
Tim Webster
Superintendent of Schools

Meet the St. James R-1 School District Central Office Bunch!
Happy second semester,
We have passed the midpoint of the 2021-2022 school year. I hope all staff, students, and families had a great break and find themselves ready to finish the school year strong. The second semester can be exciting in the school world. We progress towards spring with graduation, the next grade level, and the next chapter of our lives. Let us not forget we move toward warm weather as well! However, we will most likely encounter a few winter weather storms between now and then.
I wanted to remind everyone that if we have to cancel school, the announcement will be sent out via the district all-call system, text message, and email to parents. In addition, it will also be made available on district social media, the website, and St James R-I will also use the following outlets listed in the picture.
Sincerely,
Tim Webster
Superintendent of Schools
