If you can’t see the portal for all of your children (won’t allow you to choose another child), or if you can only see the parent portal for one of your children::
If you use a Windows computer with Internet Explorer, check the version to make sure you are using Internet Explorer version 7 or version 8. To check this open the Internet Explorer then go to Help (try ALT-H if you can’t find the help screen) then click About Internet Explorer. If using Internet Explorer 8, go to Tools (try ALT-T if you can’t find it on the screen) and click Compatibility View.
If you are using a Windows computer or a Mac with Mozilla Firefox, check the version to make sure it is version 3.616 (try ALT-H if you can’t find it on the screen) and click About Firefox. The latest version 4.0 is not fully compatible with SIS.
If you are using a MAC computer with Safari, check to make sure you are using version 5. Safari on a Windows computer is not fully compatible.
Note: Tyler SIS is compatible with the following browsers: PC with IE7, IE8, or IE9 (use Compatibility View with IE8 and IE9), Windows PC and Mac with Firefox 3.616, Mac with Safari 5. Other browsers like Google Chrome, Opera, PC Windows with Safari, etc., are NOT compatible and could be causing the problem.

I don’t have an account for parent portal as far as I know. Can I be set up with one? Or if I have one be told what my username and password is?
Please contact your child’s building secretary. There is a form to complete. After that, they will email you your portal information.

Unfortunately I cannot email you this information. However, if you go to this link, https://sisk12.stjschools.org/SJ/NewForgotPassword.aspx, it should email it to you. If not, my suggestion is to contact the secretary at the building your child attends. They can also help you there.
i had a parent portal account but i cant get on it says my email accounts not right i have had it for years
Please contact the building secretary at your child’s school. She will direct you to the appropriate person to assist you with this.
i have been going on here for a long time now useing the e mail wepitts@hotmail.com and the pass word , now you people will not let me in to check my grandson grades or his meals ticket what is wrong please reply .thank you mr. pitts reply at my e mail address .
