ENROLLMENT INFORMATION
Children who will be 5 years old on or before July 31 are eligible to attend kindergarten for the 2010/2011 school year. Contact the elementary office at 573-265-2300, option 1, extension 4230 to schedule an appointment for screening. Any other student who would be in grades 1 – 5 should come to the Lucy Wortham James Elementary School with their parent and the following documentation; Child’s Birth Certificate, Child’s Social Security Card, Child’s current shot record.
Students who will be in grades 6-8 will contact the St. James Middle School office to schedule an appointment for pre-enrollment. The number for the middle school is 573-265-2300, option 2, extension 0.
Students who will be in grades 9-12 will contact the John F. Hodge High School counseling office to schedule an appointment for pre-enrollment. The number to call is 573-265-2300, option 3, extension 3228.
Additionally, both the middle school and high school hold a special enrollment date for all new students in the week prior to the first day of school.

- Immunization Record
- Name & Address of Previous School(s)
- Special Education Information (if applicable)
