SENIOR CLOSING SCHEDULE!

Monday, May 14^th

• Senior Decision Day (11:10-3:00 p.m.)
  • Go to first or second lunch (10:46 or 11:25 a.m.)
  • 11:10-12:30 p.m.-Ice cream social (Rootbeer floats, sundaes, and shakes) @ the Firehouse
    • Tie-Dye (Outside in front of school, bring your own shirts, socks, etc.)
    • Commitment signing to yourself
    • Music/band playing at Firehouse (let me know if you would like to sing/play)
• 12:30-1:30 p.m.- Open Gym @ old gym
  • Banner Signing- to be displayed during graduation/project grad
  • Volleyball-half court
  • 7 Minute Bullying Film
• 1:30-2:15 p.m. Distributing Decision Day bags/college gifts
• 2:15 p.m.- Raffle Drawing/Prize Give-Aways
• 2:50 p.m.- Senior picture with gifts, college apparel!
• SENIORS NEED TO CHECK YOUR LUNCH FINES AND LIBRARY FINES! You may check with Mrs. Meurer to see if you owe any other fines. All fines must be paid by noon on Friday, May 18th

Tuesday, May 15^th

• 11:00 a.m.- Senior BBQ in parking lot, hang out until senior assembly
• 1:15 p.m.- Seniors cleanout lockers
• 1:25 p.m.- Start releasing students for assembly
• 1:30-3:00 p.m.- Senior Assembly/Talent Show
  • Senior Will/Prophecy
  • Announce Poster Winners
  • Senior Slide Show
  • Senior Superlatives
  • Talent Show

Wednesday, May 16^th

•  5:45 p.m.- Meet at the middle school with your cap and gown
• 6:00 p.m.- Baccalaureate
• 7:15 p.m.- Awards Presentation at the Middle School. If you are receiving a scholarship/award you need to be present

Friday, May 18^th

• 9:00 a.m.- Graduation practice at the Middle School, bring your cap and gown. All students must attend!
  • If you want pictures the photographer will be present at 8:00 a.m. You will need to bring your order form and money
  • All senior fines must be paid by noon, Stephanie leaves at 12:15 p.m.

Saturday, May 19^th

• Sectional track TBA
• 6:15 p.m.- Graduates need to be at the Middle School with cap and gown
  • No tennis shoes, flip flops, jeans or shorts. Boys should wear a light colored shirt and dress pants. Girls- a light colored dress
  • Parking passes were mailed out, it is recommended that your car pool with other seniors and then your parents can have your parking pass
  • 7:00 p.m.- Graduation ceremony begins

Thursday, May 24^th

• Diploma packets may be picked up in the counselor’s office. They will NOT be ready until this date

Forest City will once again provide free athletic physicals to all St. James student/athletes.  The free physicals will run from June 5^th through August 9^th on Tuesday’s beginning at 4pm and Thursday’s beginning at noon. All student/athletes must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.   Appointments must be made by calling the Forest City Office at 265-8840.   All participants should arrive at the Doctor’s office 30 minutes prior to their appointment in order to begin the paperwork process.  Due to new Missouri State High School Activities Association guidelines the forms will be different this year than in the past.  Physical Forms will be available at Forest City and the High School.  Please remember to drink plenty of clear fluids before your appointment.
